Biography
Jason is an emergency nurse by background and is the lead nurse for emergency department research at Barts Health NHS Trust. He trained as a nurse at Leeds University before moving to London. Jason has worked at the Royal London Hospital since qualifying, initially working with older people and those who had suffered strokes, before moving in 2007 to work in the Emergency Department. Since 2010 Jason has delivered and developed research studies in the Emergency Departments of Barts Health and created the sizeable research nurse team, which he leads. Most recently Jason has been instrumental in the delivery of the CRASH 3 trial taking on a national role.
